💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refunds & Replacements

As our snacks are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns.

However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, you may request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery by sharing unboxing photos/videos.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory.

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
