  • While we ensure high quality and hygiene, slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur due to the handmade process.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and may vary by location.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.) are beyond our control.

5. No Medical Claims

  • Our snacks are traditional food items, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • Nutritional values provided are approximate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (brand name, logo, product photos, and descriptions) is the exclusive property of Bihari Thekua™.

  • Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or usage is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

  • Users must not misuse the website for fraudulent transactions, hacking, or spreading harmful content.

  • Any violation may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bihari Thekua™ is not responsible for indirect issues such as delivery delays, courier mishandling, or misuse of products by customers.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Motihari, Bihar (India) courts only.


💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • As our snacks are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns.

  • However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, you may request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery by sharing unboxing photos/videos.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory.

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
